Adam and I are going on an adventure. We are embarking on a road trip aroundย Australia, departing fromย Perth, Western Australia on March 16th, 2018.
Thatโs right. We have quit our full-time jobs (Mechanical Engineer & Digital Marketer respectively) to explore the driest inhabited continent on Earth with our kitted outย Land Roverย Discovery 3 andย Darcheย Roof Top Tent.
From Western Australia to South Australia, Northern Territory to Queensland, New South Wales through to Victoria and Tasmania with everything in between โ curiosities will be explored, unexpected twists and turns embraced, opportunities seized, strangers befriended (or ran away from) and epic memories made!
Why we are doing this? First – why not! And secondly, life is too short to feel unfulfilled. We have both been spoiled for choice with everything we ever needed, yet, something was still missing and it’s no quick-fix. The answer isn’t advertised on TV or Instagram, and you can’t buy it at the shops either.
They say if you travel far enough, you end up meeting yourself. That new discoveries eventually lead to one big self-discovery. So what better way to discover Australia (and ourselves) than with theย Landroverย Discovery 3!
Through the blood, sweat and tearsโฆ we aim to come out of it alive and wiser, still together; and with a car that has lasted us the whole way.
